Additional Camp Information
Please Note:
Camp runs from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Before and after care is available for $5.00 extra per day.
Campers arriving more than 10 minutes early (7:50 am) will be charged an additional $5.00 per incident.
Campers leaving more than 10 minutes late (4:40 pm) will be charged an additional $5.00 per incident.
Campers must bring the following items each day: jeans, boots, change of clothes, lunch, and snack Children will not be able to ride without jeans and boots, no exceptions.
Each camper needs his or her own grooming kit.
First Aid/Medicines
Parents, please place any and all medicines and first-aid items that you wish to be available for your child in plastic bags (one medicine per bag) with the correct dosage for your child written on each bag. Place all bags in a larger container with your childs name written on it. This includes prescription medicines they have to take during the day and any over the counter medicines (Tylenol, Pepto, cough medicine, etc) that you want your child to have available to them. It also includes first-aid items such as bandaids, Neosporin, etc. Eagle Creek will not give a child any medicine that is not included in his/her First Aid/Medicine container.

8:00 - 8:30 feed & water horses
8:30 - 9:30 ground lesson
9:30 - 10:00 groom & tack up
10:00 - 11:30 riding lessons
11:30 - 12:00 untack, groom, put horses out
12:00 - 1:00 lunch/free time
1:00 - 1:30 video about horses
1:30 - 2:00 dog obedience training
2:00 - 2:30 groom & tack up
2:30 - 4:00 riding lessons
4:00 - 4:30 untack, bath, put horses out,
feed, water, clean up
