Michael Beohm and I found these 76 AMERICAN WHITE PELICANS at West Point Lake Dam (Western Piedmont Region of Georgia) on 10/23/05. 
 
The ACOGB, 2003, lists American White Pelicans as Accidental in the piedmont with about eight records.
